In this second of two episodes focused on vaccinations, John is once again joined by Sherilyn Houle, an expert on pharmacist-provided care in travel health, immunizations and anticoagulation to talk about vaccine hesitancy and the drivers behind the recent anti-vaccine movement, explaining the crucial role of pharmacists. John and Sherilyn also share their recommendations for battling myths and misconceptions around vaccinations and their experiences on how vaccination can increase customer loyalty in the community pharmacy environment.
